Jenn Van Aken joins Aspira Women’s Health as the Head of Marketing. In this role, she is responsible for developing a marketing strategy that delivers on market expansion and commercial growth, building marketing campaigns and programs that accelerate brand awareness and building the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
Jenn is an accomplished and respected marketer with over 20+ years of brand management expertise and a proven track record of success. She has held several marketing leadership roles across a variety of global organizations including Unilever, L’Oreal, and German skincare company Beiersdorf, where she led the NIVEA skin care business. Most recently, Jenn served as a marketing executive for a private equity backed high-quality and health solutions pet food brand. She led the development of marketing strategy and activation that significantly grew brand awareness and sales.
Jenn has a deep understanding of brand building, strategic marketing and innovation development and commercialization. As a people leader she has a passion for growing and cultivating teams. This includes a significant amount of CPG experience across a number of different categories including personal care and beauty for women and nutrition for pet care.
Jenn has an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration, from Stonehill College, with a focus in Finance and Accounting.
Jenn brings with her to Aspira a well-rounded expertise, passion, energy, with a desire to help disrupt the current standard of care for women and bring a new meaningful and relevant standard of care.
